Dear Taylor,

I unearthed a postcard from nearly 3 years ago that I never sent to you - I had neither a stamp nor your address. Well, here it is!

It's from that trip to Phoenix I took when the Apacheland Movie Ranch burned down. I remember that the hike that I took during the afternoon before the incident was a little eerie. As though ghosts of real cowboys and the characters that John Wayne and Ronald Reagan played were gathering to set off the fire.
